with a "Proud Supporter" License Plate
You can make a difference in people's lives and show your Red Cross pride by purchasing the "Proud Supporter of the American Red Cross" license plate. In February 2012, Ohio Governer Ted Strickland signed legislation that created the license plate. All American Red Cross Chapters in Ohio will benefit from this funding source for statewide disaster response and readiness.

In addition to basic registration, this specialty plate costs an additional $35, with $25 credited to your American Red Cross to help statewide disaster readiness and response. The Red Cross plates may be issued to any Ohioan who owns or operates a motor vehicle. Drivers don't need to wait until their plates are up for renewel - Drivers can exhange their plastes, pay the extra fee and driver away with the Red Cross license plates at anytime! Leasors can exchange their plates for Red Cross plates, too.
