Volunteer at the American Red Cross of Medina County!
Disaster Services
Volunteers are needed to respond locally to disasters such as single family house fires and weather emergencies such as tornadoes. Red Cross disaster volunteers help distribute vouchers to victims so that they may replace lost clothing and purchase food. They also perform damage assessment. After extensive training and local experience, disaster volunteers may be sent to the scenes of disasters across the country. Disaster volunteers are on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays to handle any emergency situation.
